This is What Happens Taking A Multivitamin Everyday
- It reminded me to drink more water.
Ever see neon, highlighter yellow colored pee and think “wow I must be very dehydrated?” Without fail each day the multivitamin had changed the color to this shocking shade, and nudged for upping the water intake ever so slightly.
- I finally had the energy to write a new article on Medium.
Because as I’ve shared before, adulting is hard. Especially during the era of pandemic chaos. A welcomed boost to my energy levels since adding the multi to daily regimen.
- I am (slightly) less cranky.
This one is debatable, and largely has to do with how much snack intake has occurred at time of observation.
- I am unsubscribing from osteoporosis.
Well not really, but I learned in my late 30s via a bone density scan that I have osteopenia. Being a petite human and knowing this, there’s a risk for this becoming osteoporosis as I get older. Keeping bones strong by adding calcium supplementation is one of the preventative measures I take.
- I am too blessed to be stressed now.
Also wish that one was totally true. Let’s just say the multi seems to make anxious thinking a less frequent hobby of mine. Because we all can use an assist for keeping the calm mindset flowing in these unique (code: strange and challenging) times.
All jokes aside, when it comes to taking a multivitamin, your experience may vary. Speak with a medical professional for customized guidance on what supplements should work the best for your needs.
