Waking up on January 1, 2021 was heavy. Perhaps the champagne flute was refilled too many times the evening prior, justified while toasting the end to our collectively highest intensity year. Whatever this heaviness was, I wanted to shake off nagging thoughts and expectations for myself to start this year off right.
